Payment to MajiSafi drivers is done through Mpesa.
When will my payment be processed?
Payments are processed instantly and reflect on the app as soon as payment is confirmed.
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
It is possible to cancel an order made through the MajiSafi Mobile App. However, refunds after delivery are not supported on the MajiSafi Mobile App.
